Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer rights for distance sales in the European Union.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and in the same condition in which you received them,
- with original tags attached where applicable,
- and, when possible, returned in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@sakuraoffside.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by Sakura Offside, provided the return has been previously authorized by us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:
- custom or personalized products,
- used items,
- sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed,
- digital products or downloadable content, where applicable law excludes the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund Timing
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refund processing may also depend on the time needed for the returned item to arrive at our warehouse and be inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
